The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board or LTFRB recently launched their new interactive website at the Marco Polo Hotel in Davao City.

According to the LTFRB, the new website contains updates on regional offices, list of requirements for each application, and even the schedule of hearings. Additionally, information about issuances, the Driver's Academy, PUV modernization, the Local Public Transport Route Plan manual, new fare rates, and updated press releases can also be found on the website.

The LTFRB says that the new website also allows easier process on how to file complaints against erring public utility vehicle drivers, or problems on roads, and how to transact with the LTFRB. Moreover, it is interactive and the board plans to conduct an online weekly session to answer current concerns, issues that the people wanted to raise, and to conduct information dissemination.
