the Lucena-Calamba train service.
The Philippine National Railways has restarted train service between Lucena
and Calamba.
The train for the Lucena-Calamba commuter train departs Lucena Station at 5
a.m., while the Calamba-Lucena train leaves the Calamba station at 6:30
p.m.
The trains will stop at the following stations San Pablo, Calamba, Sariaya,
Lutucan, Candelaria, Tiaong (Lalig), IRRI, College, Los Baños, Masili, and
Pansol.
The trip from Lucena to Calamba will take roughly two hours and 30 minutes.
In announcing the resumption of the Lucena-Calamba-Lucena service, the PNR
said: "Aside from the comfort that it will offer to commuters, the reopened
line is expected to have a shorter travel time from Lucena, San Pablo, and
Calamba, and vice versa."
