New TNC Partners with MG
Newly accredited Transport Network Company PeekUp Philippines has signed an
agreement with MG Philippines, through one its dealerships, that will pave
the way for a new ride-hailing service that features purely electric
vehicles.
PeekUp CEO Dave Almarinez says the new service using full-battery powered
vehicles initially from MG Philippines will be called PeekUp Blue.
The electric vehicles that will be acquired for the new PeekUp Blue service
will be provided by the MG Malabon dealership.
While preparing for the launch of the PeekUp Blue using EVs from MG, PeekUp
already provides ride-hailing services targetting overseas Filipino workers
arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, as well as major
transportation hubs in the metropolis.
Those interested to avail themselves of PeekUp services can download the
PeekUp app onto their smartphones.
