The LTFRB has recently signed a memorandum circular which orders UV Express
Service shuttles to operate on a terminal to terminal basis.
This means that they are prohibited to pick up and drop off passengers
anywhere in between their terminal and their destination. However, this has
been suspended following the backlash from the commuting public.
We then turned into the commuters who are considered to be very much
affected of this memo once this is implemented.
A regular UV Express commuter shared that it would be hard on her part
considering that she rides in between terminals.
Another commuter expressed her confusion as to how the government will
implement this LTFRB memorandum.
We shall be referring this matter to the LTFRB and will ask them further on
this memorandum that receive negative feedback from the commuters and
operators alike.
