HPG Warns the Public on Motornapping
Heads up motorists, PNP - Highway Patrol Group or PNP HPG are warning us
all about the proliferation of the so called "motornapping". If you are
following the news lately, more motorcycles are being stolen now.
The Highway Patrol Group or HPG reminds the public especially those who own
motorcycles to be alert at all times as a modus operandi concerning such
vehicles also exist as well as "motornapping".
The agency says that apart from the metro, the numbers of cases in Region
III and Region IV have increased. However, the HPG says that the number of
cases have lowered compared to past records.
As a friendly reminder to all who own a motorcycle, make sure that you
parked them safely especially in well-lit areas.
