MAN Truck and Bus PH Unveil
MAN Automotive Concessionaires Corporation or MACC, the exclusive importer,
assembler and distributors of MAN trucks and bus in the
Philippines,recently launched the Telematics and Fleet Management System or
FMS in line with their 28th anniversary.The unveiling
ceremonywas held at the Manila Polo Club in Makati City and was attended by
select members of the motoring media.
According to MACC, the new MAN Telematics and FMS is specially engineered
for MAN by MSI/FUNTORO, the leading supplier of global car manufacturers
with expertise and experience in infotainment and telematics solutions for
commercial vehicles.
The system is seamlessly integrated with Mobileye's Advanced Driver
Assistance System a Collision Avoidance System that helps reduce fuel
costs, crash costs per kilometer traveled and lane departure type crashes.
Meanwhile, trucks and bus companies like Victory Liner, Inc., continue to
support and use MAN trucks as according to them, the brand ensures safety
and driver assistance with their latest technologies.
